Click and Collect
Stay connected with the books, magazines and movies you need through our Click and Collect service.
Click & Collect is available to our library members within the Maitland Local Government Area (LGA). To get started and borrow your items to click and collect you can either:
- Search our catalogue and reserve the items you would like online
- Phone one of our libraries between 9.00am-5.00pm Monday to Friday, 9.00am-1.00pm Saturday, and one of our team members will place a reservation for you.

Click & Collect is available between 9.00am-5.00pm Monday to Friday, 9.00am-1.00pm Saturday at Maitland Library, East Maitland Library, Rutherford Library & Thornton Library.
This service is available to our members within the Maitland Local Government Area (LGA).
You can make a reservation online through our catalogue here or by phoning a member of our team between the hours of 9.00am-5.00pm Monday to Friday, and 9.00am-1.00pm Saturdays, at any of our branches.
We will be in touch by phone when your reservation in ready to collect and once notified you will be able to pick up your loan from your chosen branch.
Our team is working to have your reservation ready or pick up as soon as possible.
In accordance with the libraries COVID-19 Safety Plan and current government advice all our libraries will be following COVID safety procedures to ensure the safety of our community and staff.

We have returned to our normal loan limit of 30 items per membership and loan period of 3 weeks, with the option to renew.
When outside our current opening hours, please return all items through the external return chutes available 24/7 at any of our four libraries.
