Book a meeting space or study room
All libraries provide space for formal and informal meetings.
Meeting rooms are available at East Maitland and Maitland libraries.
Study rooms are available during library hours at East Maitland and Rutherford libraries.
Meeting and study rooms may also be booked. See the schedule of charges detailed below.
One meeting room at East Maitland Library includes a kitchenette .
Due to current COVID-19 restrictions the meeting rooms are subject to limits on numbers to comply with social distancing requirements. A maximum of 4 people may use the Meeting Rooms and a maximum of 2 people may use the Study Rooms at any one time
