HSC Study Support at Maitland Libraries

Whether you’re deep in study or just getting started, Maitland Libraries has resources to support you through your HSC - from academic databases and past papers to physical books you can borrow and take home.

• Gale Databases
  Maitland Libraries provides free access to Gale’s suite of academic databases, available online with your library membership. These cover a wide range of HSC subjects and include peer-reviewed articles, reference material, and subject-specific content suitable for research assignments and deeper study.
  You can access the Gale databases from home at any time — all you need is your library login.

• Books and Past Papers
  The library holds physical copies of the Excel Success One HSC series, covering core HSC subjects. These are available to borrow from your local library location. 
  Past HSC papers are also available for exam practice and review. To find books and past papers in our collection, search for "HSC past paper" in the library catalogue.
• State Library of NSW
  The State Library offers study resources for HSC students, including access to databases and online reference tools.
• NSW Government Past Exams and Standards Material
  The NSW Education Standards Authority publishes example responses, past papers, and marking guidelines for all HSC courses.
