Brain Training
Suspended until further notice
Come along to Maitland Library on a Friday and enjoy trivia, puzzles, word games, code breakers and more. Bring along your friends and neighbours and enjoy a fun morning out.
Brain Training is a fun way to exercise our most important organ, the brain. Keeping your brain active increases its vitality. Doing new things in new ways appears to help retain brain cells and connections. It may even produce new brain cells. Break out of your routine, meet some new friends and keep that brain firing!
