Mary Hoang is a psychologist and founder of the Indigo Project she turned to art and music after the death of her father to gain comfort and find a deeper understanding.
Christine Jackman turned to silent contemplation practices to help cope with the stress and high demands of her job as a journalist. She published an account of her journey, Turning Down the Noise.
